Who we are

What we collect
Apart from the Website Health Check described further down, the only personal data this site collects directly is what you give us through the Start a Project enquiry form: your name, email address, and message, plus — only if you choose to share them — company name, website, phone number, project timeline, budget range, and preferred contact method. We also record which page you submitted the form from and, for spam prevention only, your IP address and the time you took to fill in the form.
We do not use advertising trackers, and this site does not currently run any analytics platform (see Cookies below).
The free Website Health Check
When you run a Website Health Check, we fetch the homepage of the address you type in, the same way any visitor's browser would, and look up public records about the domain (its security certificate, its registration expiry date and its email settings). We do not log in, scan or change anything on that website. The address is also sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights service, which runs the speed test.
For each check we store the website's domain, its scores and results, the time, and any campaign tags on the link that brought you here. Your IP address is not stored: only a scrambled version of it that lets us limit how many checks one visitor can run in an hour. Before a check starts, Cloudflare Turnstile confirms you are a person rather than a bot, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. The result page has its own private link, is hidden from search engines, and is deleted after 30 days.
You do not need to give us any contact details to see your result. Only if you ask us to email you the full report, and tick the consent box, do we store your name, email address, business name and (if you give it) WhatsApp number. We use them to send you the report and to follow up with you about it, by email or WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop, or to delete your details, at any time by replying to that email.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to deliver that work. We never sell or rent your information to third parties. A copy of every submission is stored in our database so we can follow up and keep a record of past enquiries — including ones we flag as likely spam, which are kept (not silently deleted) so the filtering itself stays auditable, but are not acted on.
Where it's stored and who else sees it
Submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database we operate ourselves. Notification and acknowledgement emails are sent through our own mail server. This site is served through Cloudflare, which sits in front of all traffic for performance and security — Cloudflare may process connection-level data (such as your IP address) as part of that service, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We don't otherwise share your data with third parties.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
